We are currently looking for a Salon Coordinator to join our talented team of nail technicians. In addition to providing exceptional care to our clients, this position will help maintain salon operations and promote our team on social media.
Summary of Essential Responsibilities:
- greet in salon clients, assist with check in and check out procedures
- Assist clients with scheduling and other inquiries via phone or email
- Manage the online booking system
- Promote and enhance the salon’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Email lists)
Preferred Skills and Abilities
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and Mindset, one year customer service experience required
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed, requires work in a busy environment
- Requires basic Computer skills
- Requires speaking with customers on the phone and during transactions at the front desk.
- The right applicant for this position will be flexible and eager to learn.
Schedule:
- Morning and afternoon shifts available. Weekend availability required.
- Hours 15-30 hours per week, flexibility available.
Pay:
- Starting at $16-$18 per hour depending on experience. Rate will be reevaluated after 60 days.
