Hi
How often should you receive a pedicure?
You should aim to get a pedicure every three to four weeks to possibly even once every six weeks. This is the amount of time it takes for dead skin to form on the feet, so targeting this before it worsens can be beneficial.
You can get a pedicure once every three to four weeks if you’re considering the whole package: massage, scrub, cuticle removal, and all the works. But, if it is just a simple toenail cleaning, shaping, painting and polish then it’s safe to do it every three to six weeks.
In case you don’t get a pedicure regularly, the signs that you need to look for are instances of cracked heels, calluses, corns and ingrown nails or even overgrown toenails. Worse case scenario, yellowing on the nails is a sign of a fungal infection. While a pedicure won’t treat these problems right at their onset, you’ll experience a great deal of relief as soon as you get one.
Schedule your pedicure today!
Kind Regards,
Bella
